Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of The Roster, operated by JLB Consulting and Coaching Limited ("JLB", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
Invite-Only Access
The Roster is a private, invite-only platform. Access is granted solely at the discretion of JLB. You may not share your login credentials, access link, or account with any other person or organization. JLB reserves the right to revoke access at any time, for any reason, without notice.
Permitted Use
The platform is provided exclusively for the purpose of evaluating athlete profiles for potential brand partnership opportunities. You agree to use it only for this purpose and not to:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish any athlete information, photos, or data obtained from the platform.
- Use athlete profiles for any purpose other than internal brand evaluation.
- Contact athletes directly using information obtained through the platform without authorization from JLB.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data from the platform by automated means.
- Use the platform in any way that violates applicable Canadian law or regulation.
Athlete Data
This information is confidential. You acknowledge that athlete data may not be complete, current, or error-free, and JLB makes no warranties as to its accuracy.
Intellectual Property
All content on the platform, including but not limited to design, logos, and text, is the property of JLB or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights in that content.
Confidentiality
You agree to treat all information accessed through the platform as confidential and not to disclose it to any third party without prior written consent from JLB.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. JLB does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JLB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, even if JLB has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
Changes to These Terms
JLB may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
